It is the Democratic policies that deny the opening of oil fields on American soil and off shore.  Washington’s leftist regulations have stopped energy companies from building refineries.  For decades, special interest groups such as the Sierra Club and Green Peace have lobbied for legislation that denies American companies access to domestic oil fields.  Wikipedia.com list 89 environmental groups.   Special interests and Democratic politicians in the federal government and the state level have achieved a stranglehold over America’s oil resources.  It is common knowledge that maintains ,with more oil in the market our consumers would see the price of oil drop and stabilize.  At this time, the American consumers are at the mercy of OPEC and states such as Venezuela.  The United States economy, and every citizen  is dependant on the most unstable countries in the world and stated enemies.  
       With the removal or correction of leftist policies, American companies would expand in business and hire American workers.  These high quality jobs would provide workers with benefits such as health insurance and a retirement plan,  something that everyone desires. Added to that failure are the Democratic policies and special interest lawsuits, by trial lawyers, that stop companies from building refineries.  The cost of lawsuits are passed on to the consumer as a business expense, raising prices. These refineries would add gas to the market and cause the price of gas to be reduced. Again, refineries provide good high paying jobs with benefits for workers.  America’s last refinery was built in Garyville, Louisiana in 1976.  I’m amazed that gas isn’t higher. Another point to consider, is the cost of goods and services that increase with fuel and oil based materials.  America’s natural resources should be used to grow good jobs domestically instead of outsourcing the jobs to the Middle East.    It is interesting that Communist China, working with the Cuban government, is in the process of building an oil field off the Florida coast.
            These investments in American resources would deny terror states U.S. funding via the oil market. The Left has denied voters  the financial stability that American jobs provide while growing an important sector of business.  At this time of economic upheaval, high quality jobs in the energy sector would provide American citizens long term  financial stability that NAFTA has denied since the Clinton administration. Clearly, the Democrats have failed to protect  an American economic sector that needs to expand for quality jobs, voters financial stability and national security.  It is this writers opinion, that ultimately America is better off with high paying long term jobs and energy independence from the Middle East.  America needs to bring jobs home starting with the energy sector.

Illinois Senator Dick Durbin (D), Nevada Senator Harry Reid (D), and others on Capitol Hill have been having meetings where leaders of both Parties have shown a desire during this time of economic upheaval to sneak through massive increases of foreign workers.  It is Washington’s action and inaction that has been partly responsible for today’s recession.  Workers loss wages across the board and the open border policies  have caused the welfare state to expand.
    Washington’s refusal to secure the United States borders with Mexico has had a devastating effect on the American worker.  Working citizen’s wages have been uncut on every manual labor job across the U.S. As American jobs are reduced because of business cutbacks, career politicians in Washington have decided that an increase in the number of workers is important. H-1B visas for foreign tech workers, H-2B visas for foreign laborers, green cards for permanent foreign nurses and a five-year visa for 12-20 million illegal foreign workers and their dependents will act as competition for American workers.
    Washington’s plan will cause jobs that include benefits to decline.   More workers competing for fewer jobs will cause wages to drop.  The American economy, fighting to stay alive in spite of the housing crisis, will incur more governmental spending on welfare programs.  For those coming into America that can’t find a job, Washington will expand the welfare system to cover all needs. With American workers  looking for ways to increase their monthly income, Washington seems to believe that lowering wages and spending more on welfare is a smart thing to do.  It’s hard to imagine how lower wages and cheaper labor could improve the lives of the  American voter.  In fact, the results of Washington’s work has left the American worker unable to meet financial obligations that a generation ago were automatic with stable jobs.
    Last fall the American people spoke clearly to career politicians, however Washington’s leaders have tried on numerous occasions to make back room deals that would bring foreign workers into our country.  American citizens will have to go through the upcoming  recession while fighting to maintain their jobs and benefits that Washington would give away.  Political leaders have been attacking the American worker and our families since NAFTA was signed into law.  This attack is not likely to stop anytime soon as all three Presidential candidates, Sen John McCain( R Az), Sen Barak Obama (D Il) and Sen Hillary Clinton (D NY)  have ties to the open border lobby.  Clearly, Washington considers  illegal labor more important than American labor.  At this time, the American workers knows he does not have an ally in Washington D.C.

           The open border Democrats have been successful in transferring much of the Mexican and Central American poverty  into U.S. urban cities.  Sanctuary city policies separate Americans from jobs and tax payers from benefits that U.S. citizens should reap.  The Democrats support of sanctuary city policies has had a devastating effect on the poor and working class individuals because illegals have undercut wages on every job.  The Hispanic community that has moved into the Democratic strongholds like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco are destined to a life of  poverty because of the failed urban schools.  These urban school failures have held minorities hostage for decades. These failures will have a devastating effect on the American economy for generations.  Another very disturbing reality is that Democrats have opened up America’s welfare state to illegals.  The American government spends an estimated $338.3 billion a year on benefits for citizen of countries other than America.  These expenditures would go a long way in correcting the Social Security gap. Look for disbursements in social services to sky rocket as  Hispanic women have the highest unmarried birthrate in the country. Moreover, 48 percent of all Hispanic births occur outside of marriage. Also, Hispanics have the highest school drop-out rate in the country, a recipe for economic and social disaster. It is estimated that this population will increase three times in the next few decades. Welfare, medical care and housing are the gifts of the left that are paid for by legal citizens.  Health care faculties in the southwest have had to close because of the influx of “anchor babies” and emergency room visits by illegals.   The inflow of illegal aliens has serious hidden medical consequences.  Third world diseases such as drug-resistant tuberculosis, malaria, leprosy, plague, polio, dengue, and Chagas disease have appeared.  These diseases have been defeated by the American health field for quite some time.                The fact is that police departments in almost every city in the nation spend  their time responding to crime by illegal aliens.  Officers look for the illegal alien culprits, arresting them when their local laws allow them to.  They have to process them through the system which means more officers and bigger departments that are stretched to the limit by people who shouldn't be here in the first place.  The court systems are backed up and  taxpayers foot the bill for processing.  (California spends an estimated $1 billion a year housing illegals in their  prison system) The loss of life on our highways is  well documented.  The national murder rate has increased along with gang activity.   Smuggling people and illegal drugs into the United States has increased.  The people that live in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and California have been devastated by crime and illegal drugs.
     It is my opinion that illegal immigration is key to our the future. Government needs to reduce spending.  Americans need higher paying jobs with benefits.  Clearly, this issue is still in play after watching President Bush’s State of the Union speech.  President Bush and his open border  allies have de-funded the border fence once before.  These same elected officials have attempted to deceive voters.    It was the American people that sent the amnesty legislation and Dick Durbin’s  “Dream Act” to defeat multiple times last fall. Will we see those nightmares again? Washington’s priorities include giving  stimulus rebate checks to illegals to help the American economy.   Washington’s priorities and  policies have made Americans  second class citizens in our own country. It is these policies that spell disaster for every sanctuary city and the state that it resides in. America’s legal citizens will pay the price for Washington’s foolishness. Luckily, we have an election.

    Some questions to consider about change                     1-16-08

       The new word for today and the election season is change. Mr Obama used the word liberally in each of the recent debates. Not to be outdone, Mrs. Clinton used the word as a fix all. Mr Edwards is also expressed that he would be the leader in change. The Republicans expressed their willingness to change. Mr McCain says that Washington needs to change and he is the one to do it . Mr. Huckebee says that he changed Arkansas and he could change Washington. Mr Romney says that he has been successful at change in the private sector and in public office. So you get the picture. The American people are tired of Washington politics. Most people  think of change as a good thing for our broken government. Just a couple questions to consider.
Is the answer for America found in border security and wall being built? Or is the answer amnesty for illegals and open borders?
    Is the answer for America found in the continued spending of $335 billion dollars a year on benefits, welfare, medical care for non citizens? Or is the answer, use the taxpayers money to rebuild social security for the baby boomers and generations to come?
     Will America’s taxpayers foot the bill for massive spending increases to expanded the S-chip program to cover 12-20 million illegals and their families ( possibly up to 50 million). Or will America demand Washington use tax money on legal citizens?
     Does Mexico’s welfare state and criminal element  make us better as a nation? Or can America’s citizens afford the cost  that is associated with a third world country’s welfare and criminal state?
    If American leadership extends amnesty to 50 million people, 12-20 million illegals plus family members, do the tax payers have the financial ability to pay for a massive tax increase?  Or will seniors have to take a benefits cut instead?  Or will the massive spending program bankrupt states and the U.S. government?
     Will America put a end to the Mexican military invasion of the sovereign United States?  Or will we allow the Mexican military to disregard the southern borders as they bring illegals and drugs into our country?
       Is America better off because of cheap labor undercutting decent wages? Or would we be better off with more high paying jobs?
     Do American men in uniform perform any better with a divided government that offers terrorist more respect and rights than our soldiers get? Or would America be better if the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan had a supporting voice of victory from both sides of government?
     If the new administration changes the terror surveillance protocols will American cities be safer or be put in more danger?   
     Is America better because we buy oil from radical Islamic nations? Or would America be better off building refineries, opening domestic oil fields and growing an industry that provides good jobs with benefits?
     Is America better off purchasing domestic and military goods from China? Or would Americans be safer and more secure with the USA label?
     Are Americans better off with government run health care? Or better paying jobs that would afford each individual the rights of choice?
     Will America’s top corporate businesses stay in the United States when taxes are raised? Or will the top businesses and their employees go offshore like others have?
     Will the United States of America continue to be a sovereign nation?  Or will our borders be given away by internationalists in both parties of government?  
     America does need change and needs it now. Our elected leaders in government have made many mistakes and looks like they will continue in the same direction.  Their choices could mean the end of America as we know it.  If we have learned anything of recent history, we have learned that Washington can not be trusted with policies such as the amnesty fiasco. As voters consider the issues and the possible solutions of each party, we all know that change can also be bad.  Clearly, Washington will need the voters guidance after the election.
      If I could make a change, it would be cutting government because expanding government has been an absolute failure. 




 

    Water boarding Democrat Style

      A great passion surfaces with the debate of water boarding.  Most Democratic leaders say publicly that water boarding is torture and should not be used.  Most Republicans say water boarding is not torture and has been effective in saving lives all over the world.  As with every issue relating to the War on Terror, the Democrats are playing politics with the safety and security of Americans both at home and on the battlefield.  The politicized  list of issues is stunning. The most important issues are Democrats support of the New York Times release of information about the money transfer and the terror surveillance program.  Then there was Democratic Senator Harry Reid’s statement that the war in Iraq “is lost”.  Also, the liberal Democratic leadership working hand in hand with Moveon.org as they attacked  America’s finest general David Petraeus  insulting every man that has worn a uniform.  Rep John Murtha followed this with calling the Haditha Marines “cold blooded killers” on national television.  Since the election, the Democrats have attempted to force the Commander and Chief to bring troops home despite the great success of the military surge.  However, the issue of water boarding  is somewhat different in that  American cities will face a moment in time when a terrorist holds the key to saving millions of lives.
    
    Will Democratic leaders protect American citizens in major cities?   Will they act to save the lives of people in New York, Washington D.C.,  Los Angeles, and Chicago or let the bombs go off?   Clearly,  the Democrats will not water board. They have taken the position assuring America that the terrorists bombs will explode as they fatten the terrorist with food and drink.  Just like on 9-11, all of the Muslim world will celebrate Allah’s great day.  The Democrats will explain to the American population that they did not want to make the terrorists uncomfortable.  When this scenario plays out, the Democrat play book will include blaming President Bush and quite possibly  Vice President Cheney.

      Clearly, a terrorist planning an attack on American soil must to be jumping up and down with excitement and great joy.  Not one of the Democrats have said they will protect America with every tool possible.  Can you imagine the terrorist’s joy when they found out about the wire transfer program, the terror surveillance program, Democratic leadership’s  call for defeat, etc.         

    As John Murtha (D.PA) has stated about our soldiers on the battlefield, “they cracked under the pressure.”  Clearly, the only people that have “cracked under the pressure” are the Democrats Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Dick Durbin, and John Murtha .  The Democratic leadership is as dangerous to the American population as radical Islam is to the world.  Will the terrorists enjoy a time of great victory with a Democratic victory in the next election?  Will the war on terror continue until radical Islam wins?  Or will the American people demand that Democratic leadership protect it’s citizens against an enemy that wants to butcher their children.  War is an ugly thing, and no place for a  politically correct liberal.  If Hillary Clinton or Barak Obama is elected, will either have credibility with the troops?  If the soldiers on the battlefield are killed because information wasn’t extracted by water boarding, what will happen?  If there is a terrorist attack in New York City, will it be because the terrorist wasn’t water boarded?  

    From an underground bunker it’s easy to give terrorists rights.  I would suspect that citizens of New York City have a much different view.

    Gifts from the U.S.  Congress to the American People

    The New Democratic led congress is wrapping yet another present for the American citizens. They have used the most beautiful paper they can find, with red ribbons and a bow.  This particular congress has been building extra gifts for the very good boy and girl voters of America.  The congress has had all the elves working overtime, little senators Harry R, Dicky D, Nancy P, and their new congressional helper Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, These elves have removed funding for a border fence and have added 12,000 earmarks for the upcoming years spending.    

Robert Novak states:
"...A little rules chicanery will hide an estimated 12,000 new earmarks, including pork that previously had not been passed by any chamber and is "airdropped" into the bill.
The wily legislators have found a way to get around new ethics rules that require disclosure of all such spending."

    
    I bet you can tell, just like I can, that the congress is going to start the new year off with another round of “gifts” for the American voters.  I just love to guess what the “gifts” will be.  Will it be a train?  I bet not.  Maybe the “gifts” will be more spending.  The “gifts” could include more rights for illegals..  Or laws that stop questioning of illegals.  What could the gift be?  I bet the “gift “ will include more taxes.  How about that crime wave we all wanted, or violent gangs, and drug dealers.  Medical care and welfare for citizens of others countries, paid for by you and me.  I can’t wait for all the presents that are coming with the holiday season.  I know that congress is very busily wrapping gifts for all voters.  I bet that America will not be able to return all the gifts that the elves have wrapped.  I hope all of America rests well at night, knowing that the little elves are taking such good care of us.

    National Intelligent Estimate authored by relics of the past.                    12-10-07

    Friday’s Rassmussen poll suggests that the recent NIE is not believed to be creditable.  The latest Rasmussen national telephone survey found that 66% disagree and say Iran has not stopped its nuclear weapons program.  Just 18% of those surveyed believe the NIE has any credibility whatsoever.  All of the world knows that Iran is in pursuit of nuclear weapons and has been for some time.   
 
    According to the Wall Street Journal, have "reputations as hyper-partisan anti-Bush officials".    They are Tom Fingar, formerly of the State Department's Bureau of Intelligence and Research; Vann Van Diepen, the National Intelligence Officer for WMD; and Kenneth Brill, the former U.S. Ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). 

    The New York Sun describes Tom Fingar  as a State Department employee who was an expert on China and Germany. Mr Fingar’s bio shows no experience in the middle east or its  geopolitics.

    The New York Sun describes Vann Van Diepen, one of the estimates main authors, as having spent the last five years trying to get America to accept Iran's right to enrich uranium. Mr. Van Diepen no doubt reckons that in helping push the estimate through the system, he has succeeded in influencing the policy debate in Washington. The bureaucrats may even think they are stopping another war.  Van Diepen’s bio shows no experience in Iranian geopolitics.

    The Wall Street Journal writes:   
    Kenneth Brill served as the US Ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency (the IAEA). This is an agency that has served to enable Iranian's quest for nuclear weapons. The head of the IAEA, Mohammed ElBaradei, has even been called a friend by the Iranian regime. As he should be, for he has been an enabler of its nuclear weapons program and has stiff-armed European Union diplomats who have worked to restrain Iran. John Bolton recalls in his recent memoir that then-Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage "described Brill's efforts in Vienna, or lack thereof, as 'bull -- .'" Mr. Brill was "retired" from the State Department by Colin Powell before being rehired, over considerable internal and public protest, as head of the National Counter-Proliferation Center by then-National Intelligence Director John Negroponte.

     Jon Ward of the Washington Times reports:
    Several current and former high-level government officials familiar with the authors of the National Intelligence Estimate on Iran described the report as a politically motivated document written by anti-Bush former State Department officials, who opposed sanctioning foreign governments and businesses.
    The authors' aim is to undercut the White House effort to increase pressure for sanctions on Iran and to argue that Iran dropped its nuclear-weapons program in 2003 because of diplomatic efforts in which the authors had participated, the officials said.

"One has to look at the agendas of the primary movers of this report, to judge how much it can really be banked on," said David Wurmser, a former Middle East adviser to Vice President Dick Cheney, who has worked with the report authors.

    These three former State dept officials are relics from history past.  The past was a time when America negotiated with and supported the enemies of America. These men are relics of President Carter and  President Clinton. As President Carter supported radical Islam and  Clinton supported the communist Chinese military and the North Korean dictator it is these three men that are following the leads of their Presidents.  History reliving itself when Carter depots the Shah of Iran, unleashing radical Islam into the Iranian state and the entire world.    When American hostages were taken, Carter was at the mercy of the people that he unleashed. During his time in office, America both domestically and international, was brought to her knees. The world lost a very moderate and stable Islamic nation. This decision unleashed radical Islam as it stands today.

     Fingar, Van Diepen, and Brill are also the standard from the Clinton’s years in office.  It was the Clinton Administration that was the benchmark  for corruption in government.  The Clinton’s will be remembered for Monica Lewinsky , travelgate, whitewater, IRS gate, FBI files and countless others scandals. The most important scandal  Chinagate. Charlie Trie, Johnny Chung and John Wuang were just a few of the money men between China and Clinton and the DNC. According to the New York Times, Clinton’s administration removed $2 billion in trade with China from the eyes of the National Security Agency. Among the results: 77 supercomputers that were capable of 13 billion calculations per second were received by the communist military state. These computers are capable of scrambling and unscrambling secret data and more importantly design of nuclear weapons. President Clinton signed national security waivers allowing four U.S. commercial satellites to be launched in China, despite evidence that China was exporting nuclear and missile technology to Pakistan and Iran. President Bill Clinton personally approved the transfer to China of advanced space technology that can be used for nuclear combat. In 1996, Clinton approved the export of radiation hardened chip sets to China that are considered critical for atomic warfare and are required by advanced nuclear tipped missiles. This technology has gone from China to North Korea to Pakistan to Iran. President Bill Clinton has literally armed the enemies of America for generations to come.
 
    It is this leftist ideology that brings the United States to today’s most dangerous world.   Reading information  to come to a conclusion and having a political point of view and forming information to fit it is a very dangerous thing. When analytical judgement is used as a cover to produce anti-American policy their can be no winner.  When you consider that the entire state of Israel, Europe, and  America are the targets for a radical nuclear regime you have to conclude that America’s recent NIE report is nothing more than history reliving itself in the form of the “Carter-Clinton derangement syndrome”.  The authors are using the same leftist ideology as presidents Carter and Clinton when they  released radical Islam and armed China, Pakistan, Iran, Syria and North Korea.  All of America should be thankful that not of one these fools will be president.  It is intriguing to watch the allies of the Democratic Party come to life as enemies of America and the world.  It is the Left that has set the stage for a generation of war.

The Democratic party is killing main stream America. 9-15-07

     The open border Democrats sanctuary city policy and the politically correct government regulations of Washington is killing the American union. The liberal leadership is clearly outside of the bounds of main stream America. Just as they have turned on our soldiers on the battlefield of Iraq, the Democrats have turned on the American working man.

With Senators Harry Reid ( D Ne.), Dick Durbin ( D Il.),Hillary Clinton (D.N.Y.)and House speaker Nancy Pelosi ( D Ca) leading the way to defeat in every significant political battle, the left has shown that they are out of touch with American citizens. No finer example of Democratic failure was the recent debate in which Senator Hillary Clinton (D. NY.) espoused two widely differing positions, within minutes of each other, on the immigration debate. First, agreeing with N.Y. Democratic Governor Eliot Spitzer's decision to issue drivers licenses and the rights that go with them, to illegal aliens and then trying to defend a position quite opposite of that. In a recent Opinion Dynamics poll, 91% of Americans find that illegal immigration is a “very” or “somewhat” serious problem for America. Another interesting fact, was that 67% of Americans support protecting the U.S. border with the U.S. Military. This is a significant statement in itself and a clear warning to President Bush and the Democrats. With the two embarrassing defeats of Sen. Dick Durbin's “Dream Act”one can conclude that the Democrats are willing to bring this subject up again if they ever regain power in Washington.

     Historically, the Democratic party has represented the American working man. However, since Democrat President Bill Clinton signed NAFTA into law , the union worker has not been represented well by the Democrat party. It was the Clinton administration that almost regulated the coal mining industry into the history books. With the new open border Democratic policies, union members have been stabbed in the back by a previous trusted friend. I had an interesting conversation with a union carpenter this weekend. “Dave” is a member of the carpenter local in San Francisco. As he describe how his union had been broken by illegals willing to work for less money, he described how every contractor that went to the local Home Depot for supplies would be surrounded by 100-150 illegals aliens looking for work. Union labor has been under attack by Democrats in every major city across America as many are pro immigration or sanctuary cities. These policies do not allow for deportation of criminals, visa violations, or illegal entry. As more Democrat strongholds like New York City, San Fransisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago pass laws to protect illegals, know these same laws separate American workers from their jobs.

     Union membership is down to 7.4% of private sector employees and down to 12 percent overall (government employees are highly unionized, at a rate of 36.2 percent) – that’s down from a high of 20.1 percent in 1983.

    Adding insult to the Union membership is that the oil and gas industry has been regulated from expanding in Alaska, off shore, and in the continental United States. Not only is it political incorrect to drill for oil, it is almost impossible to meet lengthy government regulations to build refineries. This entire industry works hand and hand with union membership. The Democrats have regulated the end of good union jobs in an all important industry that needs to expand for the security of the United States. It is this writers opinion that America would be more secure without funding terror states that use American dollars to buy military weapons and fund terrorists. So as the Democrats regulations have killed union jobs, their sanctuary city policies have replaced the hardworking Union member. The open border Democrats are working with President Bush to allow Mexican truckers into these United States without meeting US safety standards. If the Democrats have their way, clearly the end is near for the teamsters and every AFL-CIO job.

     It is amazing that the Democratic party could maintain any credibility on the domestic front. Rep. Charlie Rangel's (N.Y. D.) upcoming billion dollar tax increases will target America's hardest working individuals, the small businessman. These taxes will end up in the hands of citizens of countries other than America. Rep. Charlie Rangel (NY) House Ways & Means chairman, has announced “the mother of all tax increases” at one trillion dollars that grows to $3.5 trillion in ten years. Easily the largest tax increase in American history. The Democratic majority in government will target the small businessman, for the major increase. However, Rep. Rangel does propose a corporate reduction of 5%. The House Ways and Means committee has been paying close attention to businesses that have been driven off shore along with their profits because of high taxes and regulations. Amazingly, Rep. Rangel knows that tax cuts for businesses work but seem to be confused about higher taxes on the voting public.

Added to these troubling facts is that the Democratic policy of giving illegals welfare, health care, food stamps and housing paid for by the American worker, who is is in many cases, the union member. With Democrat strongholds such as San Francisco passing laws to give illegals American jobs and welfare benefits, the Democratic party has made their choice. When you hear senators Harry Reid (D. NE), Dick Durbin (D.Il.), Hillary Clinton (D.N.Y.), Barak Obama (D. Il.) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ( D. CA) speak of rights for illegals, sanctuary cities or open borders, know they are twisting the knife deeper in the back of every American working man, union or not. Clearly, the left does not respect or know the depth of American citizenship.

        What is it about Democratic Senators Harry Reid (NE) and Dick Durbin (IL) and House speaker Nancy Pelosi (CA) that makes you want to just clean house in Washington.  If ever their was a time that the Democratic party should change direction to more main stream America, it is now. The absolute failure of Democrat leadership is stunning to see, literally day after day. Two of the most important legislations that would protect America at home and in the war on terror have been blocked by Democrat leaders.
         The Senate voted 95-1 on Oct. 3 to include  Republican Sen. Lindsay Graham’s border-security measure in a broader bill providing $648 billion to the Pentagon, including $196 billion for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Senate passed the overall defense spending bill by a 92-3 vote later the same day. In a show of great bi-partisan support of border security and the recent military successes the Democrats have rejected both of America's most important legislation.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, said Tuesday that Democrats had stripped from a defense spending bill a $3 billion border-security amendment that the Senate passed overwhelmingly last month.

Graham said Democrats also attached conditions to the Iraq war funding, leading all Republican senators on a conference committee to refuse to sign the panel’s report.

“I’m incredibly disappointed,” Graham said in an interview. “Congress would serve itself well if we funded border security as my amendment proposes, and it would help us move the immigration debate further down the road.”

         The Democrats plan to give Illegal aliens and their families citizenship, jobs, and welfare have been clear to all since the "Dream Act" fiasco.
    
         Not only is the  Democratic party attempting to circumvent the absolute will of the American voter on border security but senators Reid, Durbin and House speaker Pelosi  are grasping for  defeat  on the battlefield that is Iraq at the same time.  The Democrat leadership is stuck in the 1970's and can't get out.  Today's New York Times explains:

American forces have routed Al Qaeda in Mesopotamia, the Iraqi militant network, from every neighborhood of Baghdad, a top American general said today, allowing American troops involved in the “surge” to depart as planned.

Maj. Gen. Joseph F. Fil Jr., commander of United States forces in Baghdad, also said that American troops had yet to clear some 13 percent of the city, including Sadr City and several other areas controlled by Shiite militias. But, he said, “there’s just no question” that violence had declined since a spike in June.

“Murder victims are down 80 percent from where they were at the peak,” and attacks involving improvised bombs are down 70 percent, he said.

         As total victory is within the grasp of Iraq and American forces:

  (AP) - Speaker Nancy Pelosi says the House will vote as early as Friday on legislation that would pay $50 billion for the war in Iraq but require that President Bush start bringing troops home.

The money is about a quarter of the $196 billion requested by Bush. It would finance about four months of combat in Iraq, Pelosi told reporters on Thursday.

“There will be no blank check for the president,” she said at a Capitol Hill news conference.

The bill would set the requirement that troop withdrawals begin immediately.

The measure also sets a goal that combat end by December 2008. After that, troops left behind should be restricted to a narrow sets of missions, namely counterterrorism, training Iraqi security forces and protecting U.S. assets.

Bush rejected a similar measure in May, and Democrats lacked the votes to override the veto.

              Can you imagine a more dangerous  situation than defeat in Iraq, terrorist victory, no borders security, and the possible give away of American sovereignty.  America can't stand leadership like this!  Clearly,  the Democrat party is an enemy to every American.  
    
              As a citizen of the United States of America, I publicly call on law enforcement to put these three complete  morons behind bars before they give China nuclear hardware and technology. Give the Chinese military 77 supercomputers that  design nuclear weapons along with satellite technology . Give communist North Korea nuclear reactors. It is amazing that today’s Democrats are thought to have credibility in the war on terror after the last two Democratic Presidents. The Carter presidency was a failure and has caused catastrophic loss of life and de-stabilized the Midddle East. The corruption of Bill Clinton and his administration armed the enemies of America for nothing more than illegal campaign cash. America’s enemies will use the missile, satellite, and nuclear hardware and technology against the our population, government, intelligence agencies, and our soldiers on the battlefield. These two Democratic Presidents have a grave history together. America will pay the price for generations to come!


During the Jimmy Carter presidency, as with every Democratic administration, military and intelligence funding was deeply cut. At this time, Carter removed American support for the Shah of Iran. The Shah was deposed and his men in government were executed. The world lost a very moderate and stable Islamic nation. This decision unleashed radical Islam as it stands today. Radical Islam was born with the likes of the Ayatollah Khomeini, the Taliban, Osama Bin Liden, and Al-Qaeda. Carter’s foolish mistakes were multiplied as the Soviet Red army invaded Afghanistan. Within a year the Iraq/Iran war was started and ran 8 years with a loss of 500,000 lives. It was Carter’s decision that gave credibility to the radical Mullahs thus changing the political landscape in the middle east from very moderate to an extreme Muslim state. When American hostages were taken, Carter was at the mercy of the people that he unleashed. During his time in office, America both domestically and international, was brought to her knees.
Bill Clinton’s years are the benchmark for corruption in government. He will be remembered for Monica Lewinsky , travelgate, whitewater, IRS gate, FBI files and countless others scandals. The most important scandal connecting Carter and Clinton together is Chinagate. Charlie Trie, Johnny Chung and John Wuang were just a few of the money men between China and Clinton and the DNC. According to the New York Times, Clinton removed $2 billion in trade with China from the eyes of the National Security Agency. Among the results: 77 supercomputers that were capable of 13 billion calculations per second were received by the communist military state. These computers are capable of scrambling and unscrambling secret data and more importantly design of nuclear weapons. President Clinton signed national security waivers allowing four U.S. commercial satellites to be launched in China, despite evidence that China was exporting nuclear and missile technology to Pakistan and Iran. One of these satellites belonged to Loral Space and CEO Bernard Schwartz. At the time, Schwartz was the Democrats largest contributor to the tune of $1.5 million. The New York Times reported in 1998 that the Defense Technology Security Administration said Loral's unauthorized release of sensitive technology to the Chinese gave rise to at least three "major" violations of U.S. national security, three medium violations and 12 "minor" infractions. President Bill Clinton personally approved the transfer to China of advanced space technology that can be used for nuclear combat. In 1996, Clinton approved the export of radiation hardened chip sets to China that are considered critical for atomic warfare and are required by advanced nuclear tipped missiles. This technology has gone from China to North Korea to Pakistan to Iran. President Bill Clinton has literally armed the enemies of America for generations to come.
Today’s Democrat leaders have shown that they are equal to the abilities of Presidents Carter and Clinton. The false accusation from John Murtha (D PA)calling the Haditha Marines “cold blooded murders”. Dick Durbin (D Il) calling our Troops Nazi’s, Soviet gulag guards and Pol Pot’s finest. Democratic Majority leader Harry Reid (D NV) saying that “the war is lost”. Nancy Pelosi’s(D Ca) visit with Syria, a state sponsor of terror. Then there was the attack on Gen. David Petraous’ honor on capitol hill by no fewer than 25 Democrat senators. Today’s Democrats give credibility to America’s enemies around the world. Examples of decades long Democratic history such as John Kerry(D MA) meeting with the Viet Cong in France in 1970. Sen Ted Kennedy (D Ms)offered help to the Soviet Union to defeat President Ronald Reagan in 1983. Sen. Jay Rockefeller (DW V) met with Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Syria in 2002. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi(Ca), Bill Nelson(FL) , Chris Dodd (Ct) went to the terrorist state of Syria in 2006. Barney Frank(Ma) and John Conyers (Mich)along with countless others support Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez. As Democratic leaders side with America’s enemies, know that history is just repeating itself. It is amazing that the Democrats could possibly think that they have any credibility with the American Soldier on the battlefield or the population as a whole.
With Carter’s unleashing of radical Islam and Clinton’s arming of Communist/Islamic terror states as standards for todays liberals, know that present day Democrats could very possibly surpass these all of the tragic accomplishments Every communist and terror state are rooting for a Democratic victory in 2008.. If you are surprise by Mrs.Clinton’s(D,NY) campaign contribution problems, don’t be, as in the past it is the future!

Our enemy 10-29-07

     Our enemy in the war on terror is viscous and will attack our men of honor with words that are met to kill, maim and destroy. This propaganda comes hard and fast from every direction. Our soldiers are well arm and protected with today’s finest armor but our enemy fire not bullets or bombs at them. The enemy fires at the soldier on the battlefield, his spouse and parents at home, and their children in school.
     The enemy has attack our soldiers with words that are met to wound his pride, damage his honor, and question his integrity. Our men of honor have volunteered to cross the world to fight an enemy that is viscous and hides behind women and children. Al-Qaeda doesn’t have a uniform and never will. Al-Qaeda knows in a fair fight they do not stand a chance. The most dangerous enemy to the American soldier doesn’t where a uniform, fire a AK-47, plant IED, live in Iraq or Afghanistan. The most dangerous enemies are the one’s that ambush their own. America’s finest have taken wounds not from the front, the known enemy Al-Qaeda, but from the ones that have sent them to fight half a world away. The enemies have said that “the war is lost”calling for defeat. They have called our soldiers “Soviet gulag guards”, the butcher “Pol Pot’s finest.” A great cheer is raised from the camp of Al-Qaeda, and their brothers in terror as America’s men of honor have been betrayed by a fellow marine, that fool called our soldiers “cold blooded murders”. America’s enemies have called Gen David Petreous dishonorable, and Gen. Peter Pace “ incompetent”. To call these men dishonorable and incompetent is without reason and thought. For it is the liberal’s attack on the battlefield soldiers that bring Al-Qaeda and the left together as allies in the war on terror.
With each attack the parents cringe and pray for strength for their uniformed child. The children of soldiers are not protected from liberal hatred but are shown the disease that it is. The left trots out a weekly tool that calls President Bush a Hitler and yet a soldiers child must show no pain and be a stronger prouder American for this trash.
     The Democrats have been wrong all along, they said that Iraqis would not choose freedom, but they have. The enemy said that Iraq’s constitution would not be approved, but it is. They said they the Iraqi’s would never leave their alliance with Al-Qaeda, Al-Qaeda is being hunted down like the dogs they are. The Iraqi’s have learned that America’s men of honor are not the “cold blooded murders” that Democratic leaders say they are. The Iraqi’s have witnessed strength, bravery, integrity, and the honor that causes freedom. The Iraqi’s military is learning from history finest soldier. The world’s standard for all time. Al-Qaeda has shown that they are everything that the Democratic leadership have said our men of honor” are. “Cold blooded murders”, “nazi’s”,”Pol pot’s finest”, and “Soviet gulag guards”. The recent 11% congressional approval rating seems extremely high from our soldiers point of view, I’m sure.
     The Left has undermined the mission, and are attempting to legislate defeat before our own eyes, but more importantly the eyes of the men on the battlefield. Congressional Democratic leaders have forgotten this is not “Bush’s war”. But a war that belongs to the all of America’s leaders. The UN security council’s voted 17 times to stop Saddam Hussain. The world’s intelligence agencies ( Israel, Russia, China, United Kingdom, France, etc, etc, etc.) has their hands in this. And of course, the support of the 9/11 commission was essential. The Democratic leaders have proven again that they can not and will not support men on the battlefield, not in the past, or in the present and I doubt, the future.
     The options in Iraq are victory and victory alone. To choose defeat at this or any other time proves the enemy lives within. As this war has played out the Democratic leaders have done everything possible to break the will of American victory and her men of honor. As the successes in Iraq continue to multiply and all of Iraq stabilize, I’m sure that our enemies within will not celebrate.
     If you can’t find stories about Iraq in your daily newspaper, don’t be confused. The fighting in Iraq has taken a turn because of the surge. Al-Qaeda is being hunted down and will be defeated in Iraq. The Iraqi’s are standing up for freedom. For they have watched our men of honor and learned how to be free. It is the American soldier that has and will transform enemy nations to freedom loving allies. Thanks to every man and woman that has ever worn a uniform.

What happened was criminal!

Congressman John Murtha, Democrat {Pa} has undermined the troops that have protected and serve this great nation in the war in Iraq. In May of 2006, Murtha said that Marines had "killed innocent civilians in cold blood" after responding to a roadside ambush that killed a Marine during a patrol in Haditha, Iraq, in November.

"It's much worse than was reported in Time magazine," Murtha, a former Marine and Vietnam veteran, told reporters . "There was no firefight. There was no bomb that killed those innocent people," Murtha added that there were "about twice as many" Iraqis killed than Time magazine had reported. At that moment, Murtha acted as judge and jury as he claimed he had special information about the Haditha incident.

Last week the investigating officer of the event concluded that: “Finally, to believe the government version of facts is to disregard clear and convincing evidence to the contrary and sets a dangerous precedent that, in my opinion, may encourage others to bear false witness against Marines as a tactic to erode public support of the Marine Corps and mission in Iraq. Even more dangerous is the potential that a Marine may hesitate at the critical moment when facing the enemy.”

Murtha’s intent is clear to all, including most importantly to our hero Marines and their families who have payed a price that no one should. Murtha has lied for partisan gain and nothing more. I wonder if the new and ethical congress will actually open an investigation on John Murtha {D Pa}.
There is no reasonable explanation for an elected official in this country to verbally degrade, or slander the American Military or a soldier on the battle field in war or not. However, that is not the case in America’s War on Terror as the military has been treated with less respect than the enemy terrorists by some leaders.
If you support the American men and women in uniform, a call for censure and removal of Murtha is reasonable and overdue. A call to the House of Representatives and to the Senate would be in order. I’m sure that the families of the Marines will approve.

CHEAP LETTUCE

It is my opinion that American political leaders believe that Mexico’s citizens have elected them. I say that because illegals reap benefits that legal American citizens do not. Illinois is one of 10 states that provide in state college tuition to illegals at the expense of legal taxpayers. You and I, both Democrat and Republican foot the bill, not for sons and daughters of Illinois and not sons and daughters of Iowa, Missouri, Indiana or Wisconsin or any state. But we do offer the sons and daughters of Mexico in state tuition at the taxpayers expense. Legal aliens from Mexico have to pay out of state tuition, so there is great incentive to be an illegal alien. Cheap lettuce never tasted so good.

One of the other great benefits that illegals receive is they are rewarded for their illegal activity. If illegals don’t pay taxes, not a problem, not for an illegal. I wonder if legal American citizens stopped paying taxes, would the IRS just forget it. I’ll bet not. Cheap strawberries never tasted so good.

Some of the great things that come with illegals are, Mexican gangs, illegal drugs, crimes of all kinds, you can find a story almost everyday about an illegal committing a rape, drunk driving, robbery, and murder. Once the illegal has a green card, the entire family then is eligible for entry into the USA. I read that the Mexican gangs are now working with terrorist to sell drugs on our streets to fund terror around the world. {Washington Times} When these criminals are caught and imprisoned like in California , the cost is staggering. $1 Billion a year is spent on illegals in prison in the state of California. California also spends more than $2.2 billion a year on educating Mexican citizens. Like they don’t have enough problems. Cheap apples never tasted so good.

In the last Amnesty debate Democratic and Republicans voters spoke clearly to America’s political leadership rebuking any idea of amnesty, and in building the wall and not spending tax money on illegals.. It was a pleasure to find that Democrats and Republicans can, in fact, work together to achieve what the country needs and people desire. The people stopped our foolish leaders but only for a day.

Amnesty has reared its ugly head again. Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin has been working very hard for the citizens of Mexico again. Recently, Mr. Durbin added “the Dream Act” as an amendment in the military defense spending bill S2919 . With three bills that include amnesty coming in the fall session, I know that amnesty is NOT over and is just beginning . Cheap lettuce never tasted so good.

Clearly, America’s political leadership has attempted to hide amnesty in these bills because they can’t be successful or honest with the American people. Cheap oranges never tasted so good.

It’s my opinion that amnesty will happen in the dark of night and behind close doors. As this nations leaders import Mexico’s poor to replace people in existing jobs and offer welfare to illegal Mexican citizens, know that this nations leadership is on the verge of giving legal American taxpayers all the cheap lettuce we can stand and shove it down our throat. The items I find interesting are that when our political leaders have achieved amnesty for the people of Mexico, the price of lettuce will be sky high and it’s quite obvious that Washington has way to much money on their hands.

I would like to ask both Democrats and Republicans to come together for this issue again and let our will be heard because evidently our leaders are not to be trusted.
